Welcome to the Volleyball Specific Agility Training! 

This training will be 45 minutes long full of volleyball specific exercises including shoulder stabilization, increasing vertical, speed, etc for ages 11-18. These sessions will be run by Coach Avei Logoleo and Coach Alia Logoleo. Coach Avei graduated with a degree in Kinesiology while playing beach volleyball at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Coach Alia was a Strength and Conditioning All-American at Clemson University.

  • 4:30-5:15 PM 
  • $120 for all 10 sessions
  • $15 per session
