Strength and Conditioning

Welcome to the Volleyball Specific Strength and Conditioning! 

This training will be 45 minutes long full of volleyball specific exercises including shoulder stabilization, increasing vertical, speed, etc. These sessions will be run by Coach Avei Logoleo. Coach Avei graduated with a degree in Kinesiology while playing beach volleyball at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 

Details: 

  • Tuesday & Wednesday 
  • 4:00 - 4:45 PM 
  • $15 per session
