Volley TOTS is for beginning volleyball players. Our training will focus on agility, foot work, eye/hand coordination, and body control through volleyball movements and skills. These skills are very important for young athlete to master. Once these skills are achieved, they will be setup for success as they continue to grow their volleyball skills.
Volleytots will occur 3 to 4 times a year depending on gym space and availability. We will always post the upcoming sessions below:
